Fake green card
Fake green card
A fake Green Card is big business in the underworld of criminal activities. Because that card is something that is very much sought after, it is prone to being subject to fraudulent moves. People see a new life in America as a way out of hardship and poverty, and therefore will look to find any way they can to make a move happen. The legal process of getting into the United States of America is a long and complicated one, and one that involves a lot of time, dedication and money. Even after all of the hard work put in, it can come down to the point where you will not be guaranteed your status after all. In order to avoid the risk of this, people take other risks to get status as a Lawful Permanent Resident, by obtaining a fake Green Card. This of course in itself is a huge risk to undertake, because the implications are huge should one get caught. Desperate people will pay large sums of money in order to get the Green Card, which, in its legal status, gives an individual the privilege of working and living within the United States. The process of getting one is difficult, so that the immigration services can see truly who have legitimate claims and also who will be valued members of the community and of course contribute in some way to the benefit of the national economy. A fake Green Card is as famous as marrying someone in order to just get one. People will try risky moves to circumvent going through the proper channels of application, usually because they know they may well be at risk of being turned down. If official doors have been closed upon them, then they only have one option left and that it is to get to where they want to go by illegal means. Without a Green Card, a foreign citizen cannot work legally within the United States, and so this is why they are much sought after. The Green Card does not offer citizenship, simply the right to work and reside on US soil. If you are caught with a fake Green Card then you will probably be deported and banned from entering the country again. This is a natural course of things, which is to protect the interests of the American citizens, and people who are there legitimately. Fraudulent entry can drain the economic systems through benefit claims, as well as taking the jobs of people who are genuinely looking to move to the United States to explore new opportunities in their life.
